Tonight's benefit rematch for Derek Brown at Welling Utd ended in a 5-3 victory for the Charlton Vets. Goalscorers for the Vets were Mark Robson (2), Tony Booth, Paul Linger and Peter Garland.
The Wings' third goal was a penalty scored by Derek Brown's son.
There was a good crowd to see the game, on an evening of much better weather than the first time round!
It was an exciting game, with both goalkeepers busy and making very good saves.
